Plum has one subscription, Plum Premium, and most of the app doesn’t need it. This page says which parts do, and how to manage or cancel it.
Included with the app
- Logging your period, flow and everything else Plum tracks.
- Predictions for your next period, your fertile window and your ovulation day.
- Reminders, including birth control reminders.
- Groups, with no limit on how many you join.
- Importing your history from Clue.
- Cycle summaries when a cycle ends.
What Premium adds
- Insights. The overview deep dives and the per-symptom breakdowns that show how what you log lines up with your cycle.
- The full tip articles. The daily tip and phase tips open into their complete articles, recipes included.
- The reminders that go with them, for new insights, a phase starting and the daily tip.
Managing it
Open Me, then Account Details, to see whether Premium is active. Billing, plan changes and cancellations all happen in your App Store account rather than in Plum, which is also why a subscription survives a reinstall and why deleting your Plum account doesn’t end it. If you’re deleting your account, cancel the subscription first. The steps are on deleting your account.
Common questions
Do I need Plum Premium to track my period?
No. Logging, predictions including the fertile window and ovulation day, reminders, groups and the Clue import all come with the app. Premium adds insights and the full tip articles.
How much does Plum Premium cost?
The App Store shows the price for your country on the yearly and monthly plans, and it’s the same price you see inside the app. The yearly plan starts with a free trial. Prices change by region and over time, so the store listing is the place to check.
How do I cancel Plum Premium?
Billing runs through Apple, so cancel it in iPhone Settings. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then Plum, then Cancel. Premium stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Deleting the app or your Plum account does not cancel the subscription.
I paid but Plum still shows me as not subscribed.
Open Me and tap Restore purchases. That asks Apple for your active subscriptions and switches Premium back on. It also works after a new phone or a reinstall, as long as you’re signed in to the same Apple ID you bought with.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by Plum, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t issue one ourselves, but email us if something went wrong and we’ll help you sort it out.
